Designed by Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, in collaboration with Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, this 12-story tower presents a singular pagoda-like silhouette, a contrast to Miami’s glass-and-steel skyscrapers. Expansive wraparound terraces, some of which run the full width of the building, and gridded windows define the unique facade, while Roman travertine and bronze add warmth, richness, and an echo of history. The overall effect is of subdued grandeur and privacy, elegance and restraint, with the focus on the setting, directly on the Atlantic Ocean.

Each of the 16 residences, ranging in size from three to five-plus bedrooms, from 3,126 square feet to 7,681 square feet, is unique. But there is a common thread: “The building is designed around a Mediterranean way of life,” Citterio explained. “Being able to enjoy a meal outdoors with friends, enjoying the sounds and smell of the ocean—this was essential.” Floor-to-ceiling windows and deep terraces of Brazilian ipe wood and travertine encourage indoor-outdoor living, while a neutral color palette emphasizes ocean views. Kitchens have cantilevered islands, Poliform cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances, while opulent bathrooms are clad in bronze and travertine.
