One Madison offers a rare opportunity to have it all: the location, the views, the amenities. Designed by award-winning architecture and interior design firm CetraRuddy, the ultraslender glass tower rises from the historic Flatiron District, towering over its neighbors and affording uninterrupted visibility in three directions. To the north, there is the Empire State Building; to the south, the Brooklyn Bridge; and to the west, the Hudson River. Interiors by Yabu Pushelberg are no less dramatic, especially in the residents-only One Club, where an indoor pool surrounded by marble-clad walls overlooks Madison Square Park through floor-to-ceiling windows. And, then there are the residences themselves, many of which span an entire floor, giving the impression that this is your very own private slice of New York.

At 600 feet, One Madison is the tallest building on the block — by far. For comparison’s sake, the iconic Flatiron Building is 285 feet tall. But it’s not just tall. CetraRuddy conceived of the building as two harmonious parts: a slim bronze-hued glass tower, intended to echo the architecture of the neighborhood, paired with asymmetrical cantilevered white glass cubes. The overall effect is a dramatic silhouette (and even more dramatic views) made possible by innovative engineering.
Named for its famous triangular building, Flatiron offers easy access to Midtown’s office buildings and Union Square’s shops and Greenmarket, but the neighborhood isn’t just a base for exploring others. Flatiron also has its own rich mix of outdoor space in Madison Square Park, dining options in Eataly and Eleven Madison Park, and historic architecture within the Ladies’ Mile Historic District.
The tower’s 51 residences range in size from generous one-bedrooms to multifloor five-bedrooms. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg and CetraRuddy, all have floor-to-ceiling windows that afford spectacular views and top-of-the-line everything, from the Calacatta marble finishes to the Gaggenau appliances and the striking Louro Preto Rosewood cabinetry. All also offer the option to select custom finishes to fit personal tastes.
One Madison goes all-in on amenities with One Club, an exclusive, residents-only suite of amenities spanning two floors and including an indoor pool and state-of-the-art fitness center, a recording studio and screening room, a children’s playroom, and private entertaining areas. Throughout, floor-to-ceiling windows remind residents of the location, overlooking Madison Square Park and affording access to some of New York’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
