About NoMad Wynwood
The nine-story building was designed by Arquitectonica with interior spaces by Toronto-based DesignAgency. Its vibrant facade features shades of white, gray, and brass, with curvy windows and terraces. The 329 studio to two-bedroom residences, measuring between 464 and 931 square feet, all include private balconies and will be delivered fully finished and furnished with packages curated by DesignAgency.
The bright and airy homes come with adaptable open layouts and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to the private balconies. Contemporary kitchens will be equipped with Italian-designed cabinetry, stone countertops, and appliances by Bosch. The bathrooms will be outfitted with spa-like showers and brass fixtures, and each residence will feature an in-unit washer and dryer.
With an amenity package curated in accordance with acclaimed NoMad design, perks at the boutique building include a residents-only rooftop restaurant and bar led by James Beard Award winner and Eleven Madison Park bar director Leo Robitschek, a rooftop pool with cabanas and a sun deck, a fitness and wellness center with a dedicated outdoor fitness lawn, coworking spaces, a library, and an outdoor theater.
