This Beaux-Arts building, originally constructed in the 1920s by architects Sloan & Robertson, was once home to Gucci’s headquarters. Under the oversight of Marin Architects, it has been renovated and expanded to accommodate an exclusive collection of turnkey homes and five stories of luxury retail. It takes its rich architectural heritage as a jumping-off point, adding contemporary additions (such as sprawling outdoor terraces) that place it firmly in the 21st century.
