345 Meatpacking stands out as one of the few residential buildings in the Gansevoort Market Historic District, and its brick and bronze design nods to the neighborhood’s industrial architecture. Many of the 37 homes include private terraces, and residents also have access to a landscaped roof deck. The LEED Silver-certified building was designed with an emphasis on sustainability, evident in its green cleaning program and green roof system.

About 345 Meatpacking
Colorful, creative Chelsea is Downtown New York’s art and culture mecca. Its art venues run the gamut from upstart outfits to world-class galleries; its cafes, restaurants, and bars brim with energy that spills out onto the sidewalks; and its shops lean boutique rather than big box. With Greenwich Village, the Flatiron District, and Midtown—plus burgeoning West Chelsea—as its neighbors, Chelsea also offers the convenience of a truly central location.
Future Green curated the building’s greenery, inspired by the nearby High Line and the loading canopies of the Meatpacking District. Many of the 37 residences offer access to nature, too, via private terraces. The one- to three-bedroom homes feature Austrian Oak flooring and neat divisions between public and private spaces.
