St. Regis Announces Miami Residences; Toronto Condo at The One Sells in 24 Hours

Twin 62-Story St. Regis Residences Towers Coming to Florida’s Sunny Isles Beach
The St. Regis luxury brand is expanding its presence with a foothold in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, just north of Miami. Developers Fortune International Group and Château Group officially announced The St. Regis Residences, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami, this week. The monumental development will consist of a pair of 62-story towers that will contain 274 luxury condominiums.
The strikingly unique oblong buildings are designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Brazilian design group Anastassiadis. The south tower will offer 194 residences, while the north tower will consist of 180 residences. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2023, and completion is anticipated in 2026.

After selling out the nearby Ritz-Carlton Residences, developers have reported an “overwhelming number of inquiries” for The St. Regis Residences. No word yet on prices for the forthcoming condominiums.
At Toronto’s The One, $6.05 Million Residence Sells One Day After Coming to Market
It took a mere 24 hours for a luxe two-bedroom, three-bathroom residence at Toronto’s newly developed One Bloor Street, dubbed The One, to snag a buyer, the Toronto Star reports. The residence was listed for $7.7 million Canadian dollars (about $6.05 million) and is one of 416 residences in the building.
Designed by Foster & Partners and developed by the Toronto-based Mizrahi Developments, The One will rise 85 stories once complete in 2023, supplanting the 72-story First Canadian Place as the country’s tallest tower. The building will feature a rooftop pool, an 8,200-square-foot heated garden terrace, a fitness center, and views of the city’s skyline. It will also offer retail space at its base and a 200-key Andaz Hotel.
Actor Jonah Hill Asks $11 Million for Airy Manhattan Loft
Jonah Hill is looking to part ways with his four-bedroom loft at The Schumacher in Downtown Manhattan, says the New York Post. The Wolf of Wall Street actor purchased the 3,280-square-foot condominium in 2015 for $9.16 million and is currently seeking $11 million for the airy abode.
Prewar details like 12-foot exposed-brick vaulted ceilings and arched wood-framed windows complement the home’s contemporary finishes. The great room boasts a custom projector and movie screen, and in the chef’s kitchen Calacatta marble countertops are paired with sleek gray cabinetry and built-in appliances. The entire residence includes high-tech finishes like concealed in-wall speakers and automatic window shades in every room.
$13.65 Million Penthouse at Morris Adjmi’s Boutique NoHo Condominium Finds a Buyer
The industrial-chic penthouse at 41 Great Jones in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood has nabbed a buyer. The 4,550-square-foot duplex was most recently listed for $13.65 million.
The residence crowns the prewar boutique building that was redesigned by Morris Adjmi Architects. It features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a powder room. Ceilings soar as high as 21 feet throughout the residence, and contemporary details merge with historic highlights, offering everything from original exposed brick detailing to 10-inch-wide European oak and heated black granite slab floors. The kitchen is outfitted with integrated Gaggenau appliances and includes an expansive breakfast nook that leads to the outdoor dining terrace. The 1,700 square feet of outdoor space includes a grill, a lounge area, a whirlpool bath, and views of the Manhattan skyline.
The sale has been reported, but the closing price has yet to be recorded.
North of Fort Lauderdale, Casamar Launches Sales From $1.8 Million
Related Group’s 21-story luxury condominium Casamar, set to rise in Pompano Beach, Florida, north of Fort Lauderdale, sold 30 percent of its 119 residences in pre-sales, the developer told The Real Deal. The residences come in two- through four-bedroom floor plans, with a terrace accompanying each residence. Arquitectonica is the project’s architect, and interiors are being helmed by the Rockwell Group. The building’s anticipated completion is in 2025. Prices start at $1.8 million and building amenities include direct access to the beach, sunrise and sunset pools, a fitness center, and various recreational spaces.
